Francois Kriel

Francois Kriel

Francois Kriel is a reputable management consultant with a special focus on change management and digital transformation. He is a consulting member of IMCSA, actively advises a number of organizations alongside the team at Kriel & Co and serves as guest lecturer to honours students at Stellenbosch University. His industry experience includes petroleum, accounting & auditing, retail, real estate, marketing & communications, higher education and financial services. Francois' current projects include supporting a change management and transformation initiative in the fuel retail industry on behalf of PetroCONNECT, as well as advising accounting & auditing firm ASL as consulting CIO. Francois is an advocate for collaborative leadership, mentorship and LGBTQ+ inclusivity.

George Phipps

George Phipps

George Phipps is a graduate of Royal Roads University with a Masters Degree in Leadership (MA). He is a member of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), a certified project manager (PMP) and an International Coach Federation (ICF- PCC) certified coach. George has over 30 year’s progressive experience in change management, information technology, executive & team coaching, training and human development. He has worked in a wide range of organizations, both profit and non-profit in the UK, South Africa, Asia, the Middle-East and Canada. George is passionate about supporting and expanding human potential, growth, and development.
